脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽困难的早期康复干预

【摘要】 目的探讨脑卒中后吞咽困难患者的早期康复的方法和效果。方法对252例脑卒中后吞咽困难的患者随机分为普通组和康复组,普通组采用常规的治疗和护理方法,康复组采用系统的小组治疗和护理方法,用洼田氏饮水试验作为疗效评价标准。结果对脑卒中后吞咽困难的患者早期进行康复训练,可以明显提高经口吞咽进食的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives Discuss the early rehabilitation methods and results for the patients of dysphagia after stroke. Methods 252 cases of post-stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into normal group and rehabilitation group, normal group adopt conventional methods of treatment and care, rehabilitation group were treated with a panel system treatment and care methods, and use Watianshi drinking water test as an evaluation standard. Results In the early stage, the patients withpost-stroke dysphagia adopt rehabilitation training, which can significantly improve the ability to swallow and eat by mouth.更多还原
