【摘要】 目的 了解非亲缘外周血造血干细胞移植捐献者对异基因外周血干细胞移植(allo-PBSCT)相关知识的了解情况,以便为非亲缘捐献者提供有效的健康教育内容及方法。方法 自行设计PBSCT5方面的相关知识,对60例非亲缘捐献者进行调查,根据他们对PBSCT5方面知识了解情况,采取与捐献者一对一交谈,发放相关的宣教资料等方式进行个体化地全程健康教育。并调查健康教育的效果,检测外周血干细胞(PBSC)采集的产量情况。结果 教育前后捐献者对PBSCT5个相关方面知识的掌握率比较,二者间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);采集的PBSC数量和质量均满足allo-HSCT的要求,随访所有受者均植入。结论 对非亲缘捐献者实施健康教育,可建立捐献者积极的捐献信念和态度,解除心理顾虑,增强捐献者自我防护意识,提高采集的效率,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the effective methods and contents of health education for non-related hematopoietic stem cell donors by getting the message of allogenetic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Methods Investigated 60 related donors with self-designed questionarre which included 5 HSCT-related problems to find out the status of their understanding on HSCT. According to their infomation of 5 directions relating to transplantation, then gave them individual and whole- procedure health education by interviewing, distributeing related data, analysised the result of health education and quality of the collecting stem cells. Results Statistical significency was shown in mastering knowledge of about PBSCT bentween pre- and post-health education (P<0.05). All the output and quality of stem cells collecting from non-related donors matched the demand of allo-HSCT recipients. All the stem cell transplante in recipient body by follow-up visit. Conclusion Health education could help the donors to consolidate confidence, release their worry, increase their consciousness of self-protection, improve the efficiency of stem cells collection and reduce the related-adverse reactions of HSCT collection.更多还原
