【摘要】 目的比较改良电休克治疗中呼吸机和简易呼吸器的应用。方法应用心电监护仪监测患者的血氧饱和度、心率,观察患者的意识和呼吸恢复时间;应用"作业疲劳症状自评量表"(WRFFQ)评价工作人员的疲劳程度。结果在改良电休克治疗中应用呼吸机能够快速提高患者的血氧饱和度,作业疲劳症状自评量表显示应用呼吸机和简易呼吸器科室工作人员的疲劳程度有明显的不同。结论改良电休克治疗中应用呼吸机代替简易呼吸器能够使改良电休克治疗更加安全有效,减轻工作人员的劳动强度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy between ventilator and simple respirator in the modified ECT . Method Apply instrument of heart electricity guardian to monitor patient’s blood oxygen saturation degree,the heart rate, observing the patient’s consciousness and breath to recover time;Apply WRFFQ (The Newly Developed Questionnaire for Work Relateted Fatigue Feeling,)to evaluate the member’s tired degree.Results The ventilator can raise the patient’s blood oxygen saturation degree enough and quickly, WRFFQ show distinctness between ventilator group and simple respirator group in the tired degree.Conclusion In modified ECT the ventilator replacing the simple respirator can make the modified ECT more safe valid, ease the member’s labor strength.更多还原
