麦吉尔大学护理本科教育介绍及其启示
Bachelor Degree Education of McGill Nursing School and Its Enlightenment

【摘要】 麦吉尔大学护理学院以麦吉尔护理模式为理论框架开展护理教学、实践和科研,理论学习与临床实践同时进行,其独特而先进的教学模式对我国护理本科教育的改革有一定的借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 McGill Nursing School adopts McGill Model of Nursing as its philosophy framework to develop teaching, practice and research. Students study theory and practice in the same semester. Its unique and advanced teaching model is enlightening to nurisng bachelor degree education in China.
