【摘要】 目的探讨心理干预对精神分裂症患者焦虑抑郁情绪及自尊水平的影响。方法将120例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各60例,两组均接受常规治疗及常规护理,干预组在此基础上联合心理干预,观察8周。于心理干预前及干预8周末,采用焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评定患者的焦虑抑郁状况,采用自尊量表评定患者的自尊水平,对评定结果进行对比分析。结果心理干预8w末,研究组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分较心理干预前有显著下降,均显著低于对照组(P均<0.01);自尊量表评分有显著提高,且显著高于对照组(P均<0.01);对照组心理干预前后均无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论心理干预能帮助康复期精神分裂症患者消除疑虑和担忧,减轻心理负担,改善不良的焦虑抑郁情绪,显著提高其自尊水平和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of mental intervention on anxiety-depression emotions and self-esteem levels of schizophrenics at convalescence stage.Methods 120 schizophrenics at convalescence stage were randomly divided into two groups(each n=60),both groups received conventional therapy and usual care, and intervention group was plus mental intervention,for 8 weeks. Anxiety-depression status was assessed with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS), self-esteem levels were did with the Self-esteem Scale(SES) before intervention and at the end of 8 week intervention,and results contrastively analysed.Results At the end of the 8th week, in the intervention group scores of both the SAS and SDS descended more significantly compared with pre-intervention and were significantly lower than in the control group(both P<0.01); SES score significantly increased in the former and was obviously higher than in the latter(P<0.01); there was no significant change between pre- and post-intervention in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Mental intervention could help schizophrenics at convalescence stage eliminate misgiving and worry, ease mental burden, improve unhealth anxiety-depression emotion and significantly boost self-esteem levels and quality of life.更多还原
