【摘要】 目的:探讨新型护患关系下护理实习生的临床带教方法。方法:分析目前护患关系呈现出新的特点,提醒临床带教老师和护理实习生须充分认识和重视这一变化,并采取相应措施。结果:要强化学生的角色意识,培养自控能力,提高综合素质,建立和谐的新型的护患关系,才能确保实习教学目标的实现。结论:只有不断改进教学方法,与时俱进,才能培养出高质量、高素质的护理人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Study on how to improve nursing practice in the new type nurse-client relationship. Methods: To analyze the new type characters in today nurse-client relationship, which remind that the clinic teachers and nuring should be fully aware of it also pay enough attention to it. Result:It is essential for tham to take corresponding measures to ensure complete teaching goa1.such as to enhance their role consciousness, cultivate their self-control competence, improve their synthetic quality, establish a compatible nurse-client relationship,and so on.
