【摘要】 目的建立完善的双介人治疗腰椎间盘脱垂的临床护理路径,使患者手术前后的医疗护理服务规范化。方法按入院先后顺序随机将60例患者分为对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组采用按常规医嘱进行护理,实验组按临床护理路径方法制定围手术期间护理路线图进行护理,观察2组患者掌握腰椎间盘脱垂相关知识、平均住院时间、平均住院费用、术后并发症和患者满意度等有无差异。结果 2组患者所获得的结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效提高护士的工作质量和患者的遵医行为,从而提高了医院的社会效益和经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish and improve the clinical nursing path in double-interventional treatment of sequestered lumbar disc herniation. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into control and experimental group, each group were 30 cases. Patients in the control group received conventional medical advice for nursing. Patients in the experimental group received the method of clinical nursing path during the peri-operative care for the sick formulate the road map for care. Following index were observed, including mastering of knowledge and skills, average length of stay, average hospital charges, post operative complication, satisfaction.of patients with sequestered lumbar disc herniation. Results Differences in the results obtained by the two groups was statistically significant, which showed priority in experimental group to control group.Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway effectively improve the quality of nursing and patient compliance behavior, thereby increasing the hospital’s social and economic benefits.更多还原
