【Abstract】 This paper introduces the background of the first emergency management major in Jinan University in September 2008. The paper presents the current situation of major construction and talent training of the emergency management major. The paper focuses on the challenges of this major both in the major construction and talent training perspectives. In order to implement the task of the first trial, the paper proposes a framework on both distinctive major construction and talent training modes by introducing more active reform and trial measures to the real practice.更多还原
