【Abstract】 With the process of teaching reform in higher educational institutions, some new talent training modes have appeared, such as "Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers", and higher demands are raised for educational administration. In this paper, School of Computer and Technology of Donghua University is chosen as a study object, analyzing the current situation of educational administration, and putting forward some suggestions. In order to adapt to all kinds of talent training modes, the improved scheme of Educational Administration is proposed.更多还原
