【摘要】 高校专业人才培养方案必须与社会行业的发展相适应,电子产业的迅速发展对人才的动手创新能力提出了更高要求。针对目前高校中普遍存在的课程优化工作滞后,为解决人才培养与社会需求脱节情况,应用于培养方案的专业技术实验教学改革势在必行。本文主要阐述笔者在长期观察和实例分析中所发现的实验教学改革存在问题和基于有效实践的方法经验,重点解决实验教学中存在的课程孤立,教学单调,设备陈旧,体系松垮等问题,以实现体系优化,内容方法的教学改革,并提供了适合高校实际环境的实验室建设模式和课程设计的相关意见。
【Abstract】 Training program in university must adapt to the burgeoning industry ,and the rapid development of electronic industry put forward higher requirement for professionals’ manual creative abilities. In view of the curriculum optimization lags behind currently in college, to solve professional-training disconnected from the social demand, professional technology experiment teaching reform used in training scheme is imperative.In this paper , we mainly expound the existing problems of the experimental teaching reform, and the effective method based on practical experience after a long-term observation and correlation analysis.The paper emphasized on an effective solution of the problems exist in experimental teaching, including course isolated, teaching drab, old equipment, baggy system, to realize the system optimization and the reform of the teaching method, and provides with the laboratory construction mode,course design advice suited actual university environment.
