茶园生物菌肥高效菌株的筛选
Screening of Bacteria Applied in Biofertilizer to Tea Garden

【摘要】 从供试土壤中分离筛选出一株强解磷细菌P1和三株强解钾细菌K1、K2、K3,为了使筛选到的强解磷、解钾细菌新菌株适应生物菌肥的需要,分别以磷矿粉和钾长石为底物对磷、钾细菌进行摇瓶发酵试验,测量发酵液中速效磷、钾含量。并对其进行了鉴定及其在茶园土中释磷释钾能力测定。试验结果表明:磷细菌P1在无机磷培养物中测得的速效磷含量为58.14mg/kg,,比对照提高了61.32倍;钾细菌K1、K2、K3在解钾培养物中测得的速效钾含量分别为164.81mg/kg、186.56mg/kg、169.80mg/kg,比对照分别提高了11.32%、26.01%、11.47%;P1、K1、K2、K3四个菌株经鉴定均为芽孢杆菌且在茶园土中有较强的释磷释钾能力。
【Abstract】 In this paper,one bacterial strain P1 with the function of dissolving phosphorus,three bacterial strains K1、K2 、K3 with the function of releasing potassium were isolated of from the selected soil.Some new phosphoric bacteria and potassic bacteria with great ability in decomposing of phosphate and mineral potassium were screened to develop biofertilizer.All the bacteria obtained were shaking cultured,and the contents of phosphorus and potassium in the cultured liguids were determined,respectively.All the bacterial strains were identified and the ability in releasing of phosphorus and potassium were determined in tea garden soil.The results showed that,in the case of Ca3(PO4)2 as P sourse,the contents of quick-acting phosphorus in the cultural solution reached 58.14 mg/kg which is 61.32 times over the CK.The contents of quick-acting potassium in the cultural solution reached 164.81mg/kg,186.56 mg/kg,169.80mg/kg which is 11.32%、26.01%、11.47% over the CK,respectively.It was identified that four bacterial strains are all bacillus.It proved that bacteria had great ability in releasing of phosphorus and potassium in tea garden soil.
