某型快速封堵材料的环境适应性研究

【摘要】 为考察危险事故某型现场快速封堵材料的工作性能与环境适应性,本文设计并实施了一系列针对该型封堵材料各种复杂环境下性能测试实验。测试样本包括原材料试样和特制的酸、碱、盐化学腐蚀样本。设计并进行了金属、木材和水泥等三种基材喷涂试样的附着力、密封性能、离线辐照、在线辐照等多种实验。系统研究了该型封堵材料在γ辐射场、酸、碱、盐及其它溶剂等恶劣环境条件下的性能变化。论文结论为材料的工程应用提供了科学充分的依据。
【Abstract】 Series of performance testing experiments were designed and accomplished in various complex environments to test the working performance and environmental adaptability for some locale quick plugging material in emergency.The test samples include the parent material and the chemical etch sample after treating in acid,alkali and salt.For the backing mental,wood and cement plugged by the material,some experiments were designed and accomplished about adhesive power,sealing ability,off-line irradiation,on-line irradiation.It’s performance change was studied systematically in the formidable environmental condition ofγirradiation,acid,alkali,and salt.The conclusions of this paper supply scientific and sufficient evidence for it’s use in engineering application.
