一种利用聚能效应的排爆装置研究

【摘要】 本文介绍一种聚能排爆装置,利用炸药的爆炸产物对半圆形容器中的水进行加速,来形成高速水流,从而对爆炸物形成物理破坏,使爆炸物失效。通过ANSYS/AUTODYN软件对水射流的形成过程进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明该拆爆装置可以形成头部速度为1282m/s的杵形射流,该装置较为轻便,可用于排除汽车炸弹和其它爆炸物。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a device for disruption of explosive was proposed.The device accelerated water in a semi-cylindrical plastic container utilizing the detonation gas of explosive.Then explosive object would be disrupted by high-speed water jet.Finite element program was used to simulation the forming progress of water jet and the speed of water jet in different thickness of explosive.The result showed that the device can form high-speed water jet.It can be used to disrupt improvised explosive device.
