环境中微米级气溶胶的液体收集——质谱快速检测技术的可行性研究

【摘要】 为满足辐射防护与核安全保障的要求,发展放射性气溶胶等有毒有害气溶胶的质谱快速检测技术,本文利用BioSampler取样器开展了对环境中微米级气溶胶的液体收集——质谱快速检测技术的可行性研究。在实验室测试了取样器的主要性能,包括收集液体的蒸发速率,对不同大小粒子的收集效率;应用该取样器对环境气溶胶进行取样监测研究,得到的样品经简易的酸化溶解处理后,用ICP-MS进行多元素快速灵敏检测。结果表明:取样器对3.18μm和233nm粒子的收集效率分别为86%和79%。本法的化学流程大大简化,本底显著降低,使得取样分析时间缩短,有望用于有毒有害气溶胶的快速灵敏检测。

【Abstract】 For the purpose of radiation protection and nuclear safeguard,it is necessary to develop rapid detection techniques of radioactive aerosol particle by using highly sensitive mass spectrometer.In this paper,a feasible study on sensitive detection of micro-sized environmental aerosol through combined a commercial liquid sampler,BioSampler,and direct introduction using Inductively-Coupled-Plasma Mass Spectrometer(ICP-MS) is presented.The main performances of the sampler,including the liquid evaporation rate and the collection efficiency,were experimentally verified.The sampler was then utilized for continuous monitoring of environmental aerosol.The collected samples were dissolved through addition of pure nitric acid.Multi-element and isotope analysis have been conducted by ICP-MS through nebulization introduction method.The results show that the liquid mass in the sampler decreases linearly with the sampling time within 160min.The collection efficiencies for particles of 3.18μm and 233nm are 86%and 79%,respectively.Comparing with traditional filtration sampling techniques,the proposed technique has advantages of simplify in the chemical process,low background and short response time.
