圆柱形烟花热自燃数学模型研究

【摘要】 本文依据热动力学模拟方法研究了圆柱形烟花爆竹制品的热安全性问题。运用热自燃理论建立了圆柱形烟花热自燃规律的数学模型。重点研究了包装纸壳对热自燃模型边界条件的影响。基于打靶法,建立了热自燃模型临界参数的数值求解程序。以单筒扇形银慧星入钛雷盆花为例,结合试验数据以及测试分析,对其发射药热自燃模型进行了数值求解,并给出了热自燃判据和临界环境温度的值。
【Abstract】 This paper based on the kinetic-based simulation approach studied the thermal safety problems of cylindrical Catharine.The measuring methods of pyrotechnic composition’s thermodynamic and thermophysical parameters were given; On the basis of the experimental studies,established mathematical model of thermal autoignition of a cylindrical Catharine,and the concept of the equivalent Biot number was put forward based on the definition of thermal resistance,the effect of packaging paper cartridge on the boundary conditions of model was made a strong focus;numerical solution procedures of the thermal autoignition model’ critical parameters were established based on the shooting method.Took single canister catharine for example,the model of thermal autoignition was solved,and the values of criterion of thermal explosion and critical ambient temperature were given.
