填充液在废火药颗粒中流动性能影响

【摘要】 为了对废火药颗粒空隙的有效填充,以收缩流道作为孔喉模型,采用数值方法研究了粘弹性流体和牛顿流体在孔喉中的流动压力梯度随流变参数和喉道直径的变化,计算结果表明,对于粘弹性流体和牛顿流体填充液梯度压力,前者高于后者,并且随孔隙尺寸的减小它们相差更明显,在.5μm处,超过牛顿流体4000 kPa/m。通过延迟方法控制填充液低粘度的时间,使它保持为牛顿流体状态,采用该方法,通过不同单基药、填充液及凝胶的bust强度试验,结果显示与数值模拟相一致。

【Abstract】 In order to research how to perfuse efficiently the gap of the obsolete propellant,the flow behavior of viscoelastic fluid and Newtonian fluid in pore throat was studied by numerical method.The individual pore throat was modeled by a constricted channel.The results from simulation show that the pressure gradients of the viscoelastic fluid were higher than the numbers of Newtonian fluid.furthermore,the deference between them were obvious as decrease of the throat size,especially it was far more than 4000 kPa/ m the number of Newtonian fluid at 5μm.The Low viscosity property of the perfusion,under the state of Newtonian fluid,was equipped by retardation method.The experiment,through different propellants、perfusions and BUST strength test,show that the results were consistent with the simulation.
