高聚物改性B炸药研究(Ⅲ)

【摘要】 防治B炸药渗油、抑制其药柱尺寸不可逆长大、增强其力学性能和降低感度是B炸药改性研究的重要内容。本课题采用两种芳香共聚物包覆RDX制作了两种改性B炸药。检测结果表明,B炸药经过改性后,渗油率分别降低了59.0%、83.4%,轴向尺寸长大率分别降低了94.0%、97.2%,径向尺寸长大率分别降低了77.8%、95.8%,力学性能得到增强,感度明显降低。
【Abstract】 It is mainly concerned for the modification of composition B to control exudation,restrain irreversible size growth, enhance mechanical properties and decrease sensitivity.Two kinds of modified composition B were made with coated RDX by two kinds of aromatic copolymers.After modification,mechanical properties for composition B were enhanced and its sensitivities were reduced.Its exudation percentages decreased by 59.0%and 83.4%respectively.Its size growth percentage decreased by 94.0%, 97.2%in axial direction,and by 77.8%,95.8%in radial direction respectively.
