【摘要】 本文从英国知识产权管理和保护现状入手,指出了其知识产权保护主要以案例法为主、保护的范围在不断扩大、注重对管理人员的知识培训、全社会已经形成了良好的知识产权保护环境等特点。在此基础上,分析了我国知识产权保护工作存在的问题,并提出了应加快知识产权基础知识的普及、培育以企业为主体的区域科技创新体系、建立健全技术贸易中的知识产权管理和保护机制、支持产学研联合开展引进消化吸收和再创新以及优化科技人才健康成长环境等对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article I point out some characteristics in UK such as intellectual property has been protected in accordance with the rules of the cases law,widening intellectual property limits,paying more attention to intellectual training of managerial persons,forming a very good protecting intellectual property environment.On the basic of the aspects,I analyze some problems about protecting intellectual property in China and also put up a few suggestions such as spreading basic knowledge of intellectual property as soon as possible,cultivating regional innovation system taking enterprises as the main body,building up and amplifying intellectual property management and protection system in technological trade,supporting the activities of importing and digesting and innovating again technology by joint organization including enterprises and universities and institutes,improving the health growth conditions of scientific and technological persons.更多还原
