“参灵草”牌参灵草口服液复合粉缓解小鼠体力疲劳的实验研究

【摘要】 目的探讨"参灵草"牌参灵草口服液复合粉缓解小鼠体力疲劳的功能。方法清洁级健康雄性ICR小鼠,按体重随机分为对照组和低、中、高剂量组,分别给予浓度为0、0.175、0.350、1.050g/kg的受试物,连续灌胃30天,每日1次。测定小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原储备量、血清尿素氮含量及血乳酸含量。结果 "参灵草"牌参灵草口服液复合粉3个剂量组均可显著增加小鼠负重游泳时间,提高小鼠静息状态下的肝糖原水平,减少血乳酸曲线下面积。结论 "参灵草"牌参灵草口服液复合粉具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳的功能。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of "Shen Ling Cao" composite powder in mice.Method Healthy male ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to their body weights,given different doses of "Shen Ling Cao"composite powder(0 control,0.175、0.350、1.050g/kg) dissolved in distilled water by gavage once a day.After 30 days,the liver glycogen was measured for each group,the swimming tests were carried out,the loaded swimming time was recorded and the blood was taken for determining blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum lactic-acid. Results Compared with the control group,"Shen Ling Cao" composite powder could distinctly prolong the loaded swimming time,increase the liver glycogen storage and reduce the area under curve of serum lactic-acid.Conclusion "Shen Ling Cao" composite powder could alleviate physical fatigue in mice.
