【摘要】 根据新课程改革的要求,主要从理论和实践两个层面对师范生的教学能力进行培养。首先构建模块式的教育类课程体系和全程分段式的教师职业技能培训体系;其次,在不增加课时的基础上,充分利用时间资源、人员资源和社会资源,对师范生的教学能力进行全员、全过程、全方位的培养。同时,在师范生教学能力的整个培养过程中,实施"档案袋式"过程评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 In accordance with the requirement of the new curriculum reform,an approach was made to cultivate the teaching capability for students majored in teacher education in terms of theory and practice.First,the system of modulus educational curricula and the system of full scale but segmented education of teaching skills should be build up;second,the teaching ability of students majored in teacher education should be cultivated in all persons,throughout the whole process,and in all aspects with the full use of time,personnel and social resources without the increase of course hours.At the same time,an"portfolio assessment"type of process evaluation should be carried out throughout the whole process of the cultivation of teaching ability for students.更多还原
