《五步碘量法》的缺陷与初步修正

【摘要】 卫生部消毒技术规范(2002年版)中关于二氧化氯(ClO2)含量测定的第一法是《五步碘量法》。本文通过该法的原理分析指出pH调节不准确是该法的根本缺陷,控制条件不明确也使该法产生过多随机性的操作误差。通过理论计算与实验研究对该法的不足之处进行了验证与初步修正,提出了定浓度、定时间、定温度和校核pH值的"三定一核"修正原则,明显提高了《五步碘量法》的实用性。同时文中还对《五步碘量法》的来源和适用性进行了讨论,并指出作为一个标准化的规范方法应首选仪器法。
【Abstract】 In disinfection technique criterion of the sanitation department,the first method of determining chlorine dioxide(CiO2) is the determination.of chlorine dioxide in water by iodimetry in five steps.This paper pointed out the essential defect in this method was the inaccurate pH adjustment,also the ambiguous control condition resulted in more stochastic operation errors.Through theory computation and experiment we testified the defects of this method and elementarily amended them,also putted forward a fundamental amendment principle,namely fixing concentration, timing,fixing temperature and proofreading pH,definitely putted forward the practicability of the determination of chlorine dioxide in water by iodimetry in five steps.This paper discussed origin and applicability of this method,and putted forward as a standardized method the first choice should be apparatus method.
