磁强化二氧化氯催化氧化法处理邻硝基苯酚废水的研究

【摘要】 利用磁强化二氧化氯催化氧化法对邻硝基苯酚废水进行了处理实验研究,结果表明,对于浓度为250mg/L、COD为2000mg/L、色度为150倍的100mL邻硝基苯酚废水,当二氧化氯(300mg/L)用量8mL、催化剂(颗粒活性炭)用量200mg、溶液pH6.0、反应时间5 min时,邻硝基苯酚的去除率达94.4%,COD的去除率达94.2%,色度的去除率达100%,采用外加磁场时,当输入电压为12V时,邻硝基苯酚和COD达到相同的去除率时,反应时间缩短了3min,显著地提高了反应效率。同时对磁强化催化氧化法的机理进行了理论上的分析。

【Abstract】 Study on o-nitro-phenol wastewater treatment with catalytic oxidation by magnetization ClO2.The subject was 100ml o-nitro-phenol wastewater which concentration was 250mg/L,CODcr was 2000mg/L and chroma was 150 times.The results show that total removed rate of o-nitro-phenol reached 94.4%,total removed rate of CODcr reached 94.2%and total removed rate of chroma reached 100%when pH was 6,the dosage of catalyzer(Charcoal active) was 200mg,the dosage of oxidizer was 8 ml,the reactive time was 5 min.And it was effected by adscititious magnetic field, total removed rate of CODcr and o-nitro-phenol reached the same result as before and reaction time reduced 3 min when voltage was 12V.At the same time the principle of magnetization catalytic oxidation was theoretically analysed.
