ClO2氧化/粉煤灰吸附协同体系处理印染废水的实验研究

【摘要】 利用ClO2氧化/粉煤灰吸附协同体系对一实际印染废水进行了处理实验研究,结果表明,对于COD为750mg/L、色度为250倍的1000mL印染废水,当溶液的pH4.5,ClO2用量20mg/L,粉煤灰吸附用量2.5g,在合适的反应和吸附时间下,处理后的废水COD<100mg/L,色度<40倍,达到了国家纺织染整工业废水的排放要求(GB4287—92),本文同时对二者的协同机理进行了理论上的探讨。
【Abstract】 Experiments on treating dyeing wastewater with cooperation action of ClO2 oxidation and Fly ash adsorption were carried out.Results show that,on the condition of PH=4.5 and 20mg/L of the dosage of ClO2 and 2.5g Fly ash,and the optimal reaction and adsorption time,the COD and colomess of wastewater(original COD=750mg/L and colomess=250) is less than 100mg/L and 40 atter treating,respectively,which reach the state standard of dyeing wastewater discharge.Furthermore,mechanisms on cooperation action of ClO2 and Fly ash were discussed in the paper.
