二氧化氯氧化去除水中联苯胺类化合物的研究

【摘要】 以联苯胺、邻联甲苯胺、邻二茴香胺、3,3’—二氯联苯胺为处理对象,采用COD去除率和联苯胺类化合物去除率为考察指标,研究了二氧化氯氧化去除的效果,探讨了反应物的摩尔比、反应pH值及反应时间对联苯胺类化合物和COD去除效果的影响,确定了氧化的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最终的COD去除率均达到了70%,联苯胺类化合物去除率都超过了90%。二氧化氯氧化法去除水中联苯胺类化合物是可行的。
【Abstract】 With regard to benzidine,o-tolidine,3.3-dimethoxylbenzidine,3.3’-dichlorobenzidine, oxidative behaviors of chlorine dioxide were studied.The removing efficiency of COD and benzidines were used as criteria in this experiment.Effect of the reaction material molar ratio,pH and time of reaction on the removing efficiency of COD and benzidines were discussed.Optimal reacting conditions were presented. The results show that oxidative methods of chlorine dioxide is very feasible and efficient for benzidine removal.The removing efficiency of COD reach 70%,the removing efficiency of benzidines was more than 90%.
