钢包下渣恶化钢液洁净度的工业试验与理论研究

【摘要】 为了分析钢包下渣对中间包钢水洁净度的影响,综合对比大包下渣检测系统安装前后中间包内洁净度的变化,结果表明:1)未安装大包下渣检测系统时,9炉数据中有7炉由中间包正样到大包关闭样T[O]含量升高,平均升高18.43ppm,I值平均增加0.83个/mm~2。2)安装大包下渣检测系统时,9炉数据中有7炉由中间包正样到大包关闭样T[O]含量降低,平均降低4.43ppm,I值平均减少1.12个/mm~2。3)理论计算表明,45t中间包中粒径大于94.5μm.的夹杂物可以上浮去除。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the influence of ladle slag carry-over on cleanliness of steel in Tundish, comprehensive comparison of the change of cleanliness in tundish with install or without install detection system of slag carry-over is carried out,the results show that:1) there are 7 furnace sample from the natural cast to close the ladle the total oxygen content is increased,the number of average T[O]is increased 18.43ppm and the number of average inclusions is increased 0.83 /mm~2 in the 9 furnace record without install detection of slag carry-over.2) there are 7 furnace sample from the natural cast to close the ladle the total oxygen content is reduced,the number of average T[O]is reduced 4.43ppm and the number of average inclusions is reduced 1.12 /mm in the 9 furnace record without install detection of slag carry-over.3) The inclusions critical removal diameter is 94.54μm in 45t tundish.
