【摘要】 介绍安钢钢帘线用LX70A盘条的产品特点、生产工艺与产品质量以及在轮胎子午钢帘线生产中的应用。统计数据显示,应用该原材料生产的子午线轮胎钢帘线满轮率高,性能优良。结果表明,通过合理设计化学成分,优化精炼与连铸控制,高线采用工艺:开轧温度(970±30)℃,精轧人口温度(900±20)℃,减定径入口温度(880±20)℃,吐丝温度(870±20)℃,可以达到Lx70A盘条的质量要求,具有索氏体比例高、性能优良的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduced product traits,manufacturing technique,product quality of LX70A hotrolled wire rod,and its application in radial tyres producing.The data statistics displayed that the radial tyres which was produced in this course had the high passing rate and the excellent performance.The results showed that performance requirements of the LX70A wire rod was achieved,high proportion of sorbite and excellent mechanical properties were obtained finally,by means of reasonable chemical composition design,refining and continuous casting optimized,and rolling process controlled in high-speed wire rod as follow,starrolling temperature is(970±30)℃,begining temperature in finish rolling zone is(900±20)℃,entrance temperature of the reducing sizing mill is(880±20)℃,wire forming temperature is(870±20)℃.更多还原
