【摘要】 利用薄型THGEM探测器搭建了双层THGEM探测系统,试图用于2-10keV能区的空间天文测量。探测系统由4部分组成(Anode、THGEM2、THGEM1、Cathode),各极间距离可调。用55Fe放射源,在流气Ar+isoC4H1(097/3)模式下分别提取了Anode、THGEM2、THGEM1的信号。采用波形数字化ADCCAENN6751,同时记录信号的幅度和时间信息,研究了信号的波形以及电子的漂移速度。
【Abstract】 A double-THGEM detector system was constructed for measuring x ray of 2-10 keV.Anode,THGEM2,THGEM1 and Cathode are included and the distances are adjustable.Using 55Fe,the signals of Anode,THGEM2 and THGEM1 were readout with continuously flushed 1 atm of pre-mixed gas argon(Ar)/isobutene(iC4H10) = 97/3.The amplitude and time information have been recorded by ADC CAEN N6751 to study the wave form and electrons drift velocity.The polarity of ThGEM1 signal would be inverted with the increasing of electric field.
