像素CdZnTe核辐射探测器的进展

【摘要】 本文简要地介绍了我们采用国产CdZnTe单晶材料制备了两种不同规格的(阵列为:3×3、5×5而像素为2.5×2.5×2.5mm33×3×2.0mm3.)CdZnTe像素核辐射探测器,探测器的制作工艺及初步测试结果。能谱表明,对241Amα带电粒子(5.486MeV),像素探测器的能量分辨率(FWHM)分别为3%(3×3)、和5%(5×5)。对137Cs低能γ射线(662keV),3×3像素探测器测得的能量分辨(FWHM)为16.56keV,而5×5像素探测器则未测出137Cs低能γ射线(662keV)能谱。
【Abstract】 The manufacture crafts and tentative test results of the pixel array nuclear radiation detectors, made of native CdZnTe monocrystal material with two different specifications, have been introduced briefly in this paper. Their arrays are 3×3 and 5×5. And the pixels are 2.5×2.5×2.5mm3 and 3×3×2.0 mm3, respectively. For the α particles at 5.486 MeV decayed from 241Am, the resolutions are 3% (3×3) and 5% (5×5), respectively. For low-energy γ rays decayed from 137Cs at 662 keV, the resolution of the 3×3 pixel detector is 16.56 (FWHM). However, these γ rays can not detected by the 5×5 pixel detector.
