高分辨粉末中子衍射仪核电子学系统信号加载老化与维护方案设计及实现

【摘要】 高分辨粉末中子衍射仪是中子散射工程CARR堆旁第一期安装的中子散射谱仪之一,核电子学系统是该谱仪用于中子信号获取和信号处理的关键设备。高分辨粉末中子衍射仪核电子学系统信号加载老化与维护是该谱仪核电子学系统安装与调试工作的关键部分。本文介绍了高分辨粉末中子衍射仪信号加载老化与维护实验的作用及意义,详细阐述了方案的设计及实现过程,列出了通过该项工作发现及解决的问题。
【Abstract】 High resolution powder neutron diffractometer is one of the neutron scattering instruments in the first installation phase. Nuclear electronics system which is used for neutron signal acquisition and signal processing is the key instrument of this diffractometer. The aging and maintenance for nuclear electronics system using input signal is the key part for installation and debugging of this nuclear electronics system. The function of aging and maintenance experiments using input signal is introduced. The design and implementation is described in detail. The problems which were found and solved by this work are listed.
