XRF技术在水泥质量控制中的应用

【摘要】 X荧光分析仪通过对水泥物料的成分分析,在水泥成生料质量控制系统中提供成分配料依据,是一种快速、精确的测量设备,文中讨论了XRF在水泥应用中的问题。
【Abstract】 XRF(X Ray Florescence) is a rapid and accurate analysis method that used in many fields.The theory of XRF and its application in quality control of raw cement will be introduced in this paper,and according to the experience,the problems that should be attention in use and development will be discussed also.
