【Abstract】 In this paper,the working principle of IGBT inverter snubber circuit that based on dual-PWM converter,has been studied.And Ansoft Simplorer simulation software was used to simulate the snubber circuits to analyze the effect of circuits under different parameters.Simultaneously,the results of simulation were used to provide a basis for choosing and optimizing the parasitic inductance,snubber resistance and capacitor of a snubber circuit.更多还原
