【摘要】 目前,我国正在大力发展铁路运输业,铁路设施建设也正处在高峰期。随着高铁与城际铁的快速发展,国内大型交通枢纽特别是铁路客运枢纽同样也处在大规模兴建时期,而对于铁路客运枢纽规划及设计方案的评价以及评价的指标始终没有统一的、全面的、客观的标准,使得铁路枢纽在规划和设计的过程中存在种种问题,同时也很难去判断一个枢纽设计的好坏及缺陷,造成方案优化没有方向。本文尝试按照枢纽内部交通系统、内外衔接系统2大方面提出铁路客运枢纽各分项评价指标和评价标准,并论述了多方案比较时,在各个分项指标都满足标准的情况下,如何利用总体运营效率指标,采用相对比较的方法来衡量不同方案之间相对优劣,作为总体方案比选依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,China is developing rail transport,railway facilities that is also in the peak. With high-speed rail and intercity rail rapid development of major transport hub in China,especially in the railway passenger terminals are also large-scale of construction period,and for railway passenger terminal layout and design of the evaluation and assessment of indicators has not found uniform Comprehensive, objective criteria,making rail.hub in the planning and design process,there is all kinds of problems,but also difficult to determine whether a hub of design quality and defects,resulting in no direction optimization.This paper attempts to transport system according to the internal hub,two major aspects of internal and external interface system evaluation of the proposed railway passenger hub subevaluation indicators and evaluation criteria,and discusses the multi-program comparison,in all subindicators are to meet the standards,how indicators of the overall operational efficiency by using the method to measure the relative comparison between the relative merits of different schemes,as the basis for comparison and selection of the overall program.更多还原
