【摘要】 近十几年来,我国高速公路建设实现了跨越式发展,以前几天的路程,现在只要几个小时就能到达;以前的穷山恶水,现在是天堑变通途;以前不敢想象的事情,现在变成了现实。高速公路促进了社会经济的发展,同时,也给生态环境带来了较大破坏。它占用了大量农田、林地、饮用水源,它破坏了森林植被、自然保护区,加重了对生态环境和土地资源的压力。要发展经济建设,也要保护生态环境,两者缺一不可,要兼顾并行。根据我国国情,要坚持以人为本、科学发展,优化利用土地资源,最大限度地保护生态环境,走出一条资源节约和环境友好的发展路子,这是我国长期发展的艰巨任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recent years,highway construction in China has achieved great-leap-forward development. Thoroughfare has been built over the barren hills and torrential rivers.The great changes have become true.Meanwhile,blooming of highway construction not only stimulates economic construction but also brings bad effects to environment.It occupied a large amount of farmland,forest,and drinking water supplies,and broke forest vegetation and natural reserves as well as put heavy pressure on the environment and land resources.So we should take the two factors,economic construction and environment protection,into consideration and keep them in balanced development.According to conditions in China,we should adopt the policy of people-oriented,scientific development and optimize usage of land resources to maximize environmental and ecological protection and build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.更多还原
