人脑基底动脉的显微解剖研究

【摘要】 目的:对人脑基底动脉及其分支进行显微解剖研究,探讨其疾病与相关解剖结构的联系。方法:尸体头颅十个,经显微镜下行解剖后观察其结构,分析其解剖特点。结果:本组标本发现Willis环变异,小脑上动脉的双干变异。人脑基底动脉下段较中上段粗,上中段直径之间对比无明显统计学差异。结论:人脑基底动脉有很多变异。其解剖结构与临床上基底动脉尖综合征有一定联系。基底动脉分支,特别是小脑上动脉及小脑前下动脉的解剖特点与临床上三义神经痛、面肌痉挛等疾病发生发展有病理解剖学基础。

【Abstract】 Objection:To value the relation between the anatomical features of human-being basilar artery and its diseases.Methods:The formation of brain basilar artery of ten cadavers was used micro-neurosurgical research technique to observe and analyze their anatomical specialty.Results: There was no statistical difference in the diameter between the upper part and the middle part of basilar artery.Wills’ circle variation and two-trunk variation were observed.Conclusions:There are some variations in basilar artery of human being.Their features of anatomy could be related with top of the basilar syndrome(TOBS).The anatomical characteristic of branch of basilar artery,in specially its superior cerebellar artery and anterior inferior cerebullar artery,is the pathological anatomy cause of clinical trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm.
