【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性脑室出血的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析26例外伤性脑室出血的临床资料,19例接受手术治疗,11例行开颅血肿清除并放置脑室外引流,其中2例同时行脑室穿刺外引流术,8例行单纯脑室穿刺外引流术。结果 8例死亡(30.8%),存活16例,随访3月～1年,12例基本恢复正常。结论针对病人的具体病情采取不同的综合治疗是降低死亡率与病残率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discussing the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 26 cases,from October 2004 to October 2008,was analysesed.19 cases underwent surgery,craniotomy on 11 cases and 2 cases with ventricluar drainage surgery at the same time,simple ventricular drainage surgery on 8 cases.Results 8 caes died with the mortality of 30.8%.12 of 16 survivals resolved with 3 to 12 months following-up.Conclusion According to the different condition of patients,different treatments should be adopted,which is the key of decreasing the mortality and morbidity of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage.更多还原
