【摘要】 目的介绍用拇趾腓侧皮瓣塑形第二足趾再造手指的方法。方法切取第二足趾的同时游离并切取带翼状组织瓣的拇趾腓侧皮瓣,将拇趾腓侧皮瓣嵌入第二足趾跖侧,拇趾腓侧皮瓣上的翼状组织瓣嵌入第二足趾中部两侧皮下。结果再造15例15指全部成活,嵌入的趾腓侧皮瓣也全部成活。术后随访1个月～2年,再造的手指(第二足趾)的外形,较传统的第二足趾移植有了不同程度的改善。结论拇趾腓侧皮瓣嵌入第二足趾,能较好地重塑第二足趾外形,使之更接近正常的手指。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a method of reconstruction of the digits with the second toe reshaped by the great toe fibular flap.Methods The great toe fibular skin flap with winging form was mobilized and transected when the second toe was transferred,then wedged into the second toe at the plantar side.The tissue flap in winging form in the great toe fibular skin flap was inserted below the skin at the two lateral side in the middle part of the second toe.Results 15 reconstructed digits in 15 patients were all survived uneventfully.Patients were followed up 1 months to 2 years after operation.The thumb and digits(the second toe)reconstructed by the second toe reshaped by the great toe fibular flap compared to the traditional second toe transfer the appearance of the digits reconstructed by the new procedure was improved.Conclusions The great toe fibular flap can be wedged into the second toe and makeits appearance more comparable to the normal fingers.更多还原
