【摘要】 目的报道(足母)趾腹皮瓣联合跖底皮瓣对手掌侧电烧伤创面修复的效果。方法 2001年1月～2007年2月,采用(足母)趾腹皮瓣联合跖底皮瓣修复手掌侧电烧伤创面1 1例,年龄16～48岁。在(足母)趾腹及其近侧跖底设计皮瓣,形同手部创面,面积稍大。皮瓣切取时带趾背静脉、腓深神经或趾底神经及跖背或跖底动脉。皮瓣大小3 cm×2cm～7 cm×2.5cm。供区直接缝合或游离植皮。结果术后皮瓣全部成活。供区创面植皮均一期成活。7例获随访1个月～2年,皮瓣色泽、质地与外形良好,两点辨别觉5～9mm。足部供区位置隐蔽,行走、运动功能较好。结论 (足母)趾腹皮瓣联台跖底皮瓣是治疗手掌侧电烧伤的最佳皮瓣之更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the effect of repairing electric burn wound of fingers with phalangeal pulp flap combined with plantar metatarsal flap.Methods From January 2001 to February 2007,11 cases of repairing electric burn wound of fingers with phalangeal pulp flap combined with plantar metatarsal flap,aged 16-48 years.The flaps were designed on the thumb pulp and its proximal plantar,with the same shape as the wound and larger area,and the flap was cutted with dorsal digital veins,and deep peroneal nerve or plantar metatarsal nerv,and proper digital artery,dorsal metatarsal or plantar metatarsal artery.Flap area:3 cm×2cm ~7 cm×2.5cm。Free skin transplantation or straight suture on the donors.straight suture.All the flaps primarily survived.All the free skin transplantation primarily survived on the donors. 7patients were followed up 1 months to 2 years.The color,texture and appearance of the flaps were good,and two-point-discrimination up to 5~7mm.Location shelter on the donors of foot,good outlook and wonderful function.Conclusion Thumb pulp flap combined with plantar metatarsal flap is one of the optimization flap to cure electric burn wound of fingers.palmar hand The island dorsal pedal arterial skin flap can repair middle and thirds soft tissue defects of leg and the operation wasn’t complicated.It’s a ideal donor.更多还原
