【摘要】 目的探讨骨痂延长法同期治疗成人下肢短缩并膝内/外翻的临床疗效。方法39例成人下肢短缩并膝内/外翻患者应用骨痂延长法同期治疗短缩和膝内/外翻。结果随访30-48月,平均36月,39例患者均痊愈,无骨不连、骨髓炎等并发症,优良率100%。结论骨痂延长法同期治疗成人下肢短缩并膝内/外翻,疗效满意,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To explore clinical application of the simultaneous treatment of adult genu varum/genu valgum and limb shortening with callus lengthing.【Method】39cases with adult genu varum/genu valgum and limb shortening were therapied by callus lengthing.【Results】All eases were followed up for 30～48 months,36months at average,the good rate is 100%,and all cases healed,were not nonunion,were osteomyelitis and other complication.【Conclusions】The effects of the simultaneous treatment of aduh genu varum/genu valgum and limb shortening with callus lengthening is satisfying.The method deserve to be generalize.更多还原
