【摘要】 目的介绍一种治疗先天性胫骨假关节(congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia,CPT)的方法。方法彻底切除病变骨组织,采用半环槽式外固定器对骨断端进行持续加压固定,行胫骨上干骺端截骨延长,术后早期负重和功能锻炼。结果先天性胫骨假关节患者畸形矫正,平衡了肢体长度。结论半环槽式外固定器治疗先天性胫骨假关节效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Introduce a method for treating congenital pseudarthrnsis of tibia.Methods Excise tissue lesions;fix broken terminals of bone compressively by half - ring sulcated external fixator,and do osteotomy lengthening at the tibial upper metaphysic. Weight bearing and functional exercises are used in early postoperative span.Results the malformations of tibial congenital pseudarthrosis are corrected and the length of limbs is balanced.Conclusion half - ring sulcated external fixator can induce better effects in treating congenital pseudarthrusis of tibia.更多还原
