【摘要】 目的回顾性分析16例膝关节非创伤性血肿病例,探讨关节镜下诊治膝关节滑膜血管瘤及色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的要点和疗效。方法收治膝关节非创伤性血肿患者16例,术后明确诊断为滑膜血管瘤7例,色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎9例,均采用关节镜手术进行确诊和治疗,术中取病理检查并使用刨削器及射频仪将病变滑膜彻底清除,同时处理相关病变。结果术后16例患者随访3-32月,平均16.2个月,所有病例经关节镜治疗后术前症状明显改善或完全消失,关节功能明显改善,仅1例色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎患者术后3月症状轻度复发,再次镜下探查未见明显复发病变。结论滑膜血管瘤和色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎是膝关节非创伤性血肿的常见原因,关节镜下彻底清除病变滑膜是治疗本病的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To respectively review the diagnosis and treatment of 16 cases non - trauma hematoma of the knee under arthroscopic.Methods 16 cases non -trauma hematoma of knee were included.7cases were definitely diagnosed as synovial hemangioma and 9 cases as pigmented villonodular synovitis.Then arthroscopic diagnosis and excision of the lesions were followed,resuits the postoperative follow - up of 16.2 months in average(range 3 - 32 months) shows good joint function for all the cases and only 1 cases recurrent 3 months later of the operation.Conclusion synovial hemangioma and pigmented villonodular synovitis are the common reasons of non - trauma hematoma of knee,arthroscopic surgery is a good choice of diagnosis and treatment for non - trauma hematoma of knee更多还原
