【摘要】 目的探讨P-选择素在髋关节置换术后DVT形成中的临床诊断价值及其适合的诊断临界值。方法选择在我院行髋关节置换术的住院病人,采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法测定血浆P-选择素含量进行数据分析及绘制ROC曲线。结果术前DVT组与非DVT组P-选择素含量的差异无统计学意义,术后DVT组与非DVT组P-选择素含量存在显著差异性,当P-选择素诊断临界值为42 ng·L-1时,AUC最大为0.687。结论P-选择素对髋关节置换术围手术期深静脉血栓的形成具有重要的预警作用;P-选择素诊断髋关节置换术后DVT的最佳诊断临界值为42 ng·L-1。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the value of clinical diagnosis? and threshold for the diagnosis? on P - selectin during perioperative hip replacement.[Methods]Determinate the content of the P - selectin in plasma by ELISA? and draw ROC curves in patients after hip replacement.[Results]There was no statistical difference on the content of the P - selectin between DVT group and non - DVT group before surgery,but there was significantly different after surgery.When P - selectin in the threshold for diagnosis of 42 ng ? L - 1,AUC up to 0.687.[Conclusion]P - selectin play an important early warning role in DVT during perioperative hip replacement.It was the 42 ng·L - 1 for the diagnosis of the DVT as the best threshold.更多还原
