基于WebGIS的农业生态环境信息服务系统实现探讨

【摘要】 本文论述了基于WebGIS的农业生态环境信息服务系统的总体框架结构、系统设计要点和系统功能特点,并对采用的关键技术进行了分析、说明。系统以农业生态资源环境数据数学模型为核心,应用数据库技术,结合地理信息系统应用模型,实现图形化信息的编辑、查询、统计、空间分析功能,为政府决策部门提供实用信息服务;实现基于WebGIS技术的区域开发和环境保护辅助决策;实现资源环境信息采集、传输、管理、分析、决策的一体化平台。
【Abstract】 This article discusses the main structure of the information service system for agricultural ecological environment,which is based on WebGIS,the main design points of this system,and the functions of this system.It also makes an analysis of the key technology applied in it.With the agricultural ecological environment as the core,this system applies database technology,combines the geographic information system and applies the model to realize the edition,inquiry,statistics and the spatial analysis of graphical information. In this way,this system can provide practical information service for the government decision-making sections and realize the ADM(Aid in Decision Making) policies for regional development and environmental protection based on the WebGIS technology.All these lead to the realization of the integrated platform of collecting, transmitting,managing,analyzing,and decision-making of the resources environmental information.
