贵州省民族地区劳动力转移与旅游业发展研究——以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为个案

【摘要】 从分析西部民族地区人力资源特点的基础上出发,认为西部民族地区剩余劳动力转移的途径应与西部地区人力资源的特点相结合,走发展乡村民族旅游的途径。通过实地调查,指出发展民族旅游转移剩余劳动力的可行性、效益以及存在的问题及对策。
【Abstract】 Based on the human resource feature in the western minorities inhabited regions,it is suggested that in these regions the transference of surplus labor force ought to be in accordance with the human resource feature in the western regions.The rural minorities tourism is the choice.The feasibility,profit,problems and measures of developing minorities tourism and transferring surplus labor force are provided through field survey.
