试论完善贵州省社会保障制度的背景
The study of the social security system’s background in Guizhou Province

【摘要】 社会保障是国家通过立法为保障公民的基本生活权利而提供的救助和补贴,通过国民收入的再分配为弱势群体提供必要的生活保障。本文拟通过对世界各国社会保障体系的比较和我国社会保障现状的分析,对我省社会保障体系的完善提几点建议,以求抛砖引玉。
【Abstract】 Social security is assistance and subsidies that the country provided it to protect citizens’ basic life rights by legislate and the redistribution of national income to provide the necessary life safeguard for vulnerable groups.This article intends to mention some suggestions about perfect the social security systems in Guizhou Province by comparison analysis of the social security systems form different countries in the world and the present analysis of our social security system,in order to get some useful experiences.
