中国纺织品特保法律探析
To search especially analyzes of textile products of China

【摘要】 面对我国纺织品出口的困境,本文回顾了全球的纺织品法律发展历程,就我国的当前的纺织品国际法律规制进行了全面、深入且有针对性的法律研究,提出了对中国《入世议定书》中第16条特定产品过渡性保障性措施机制的化解措施。
【Abstract】 Faced with the plight of China’s textile exports,the paper reviews the history of legal developments in the world of textiles,textile products to China’s current international legal regulation of a comprehensive,in-depth and targeted legal research,the China’s"accession to the WTO Protocol"in Article 16 Transitional Product-Specific Safeguard Mechanism of measures to resolve the measures.
