【Abstract】 The system of disregard of corporate personality was introduced into the new <Company Law>, which can afford the legal wimess for the company creditors’s recourse to the unlimited responsibility of control shareholders who abused the corporate independence personality.The theory of disregard of corporate personality is the breakthrough and exception for the limited liability of shareholders.This article will expatiate follow two sides: the essence of the system and the application of system of disregard of corporate personality.更多还原
