【摘要】 随着城市化进程的加快,大量外来人口涌入城市.他们在为城市建设做出巨大贡献的同时,其日益严重的犯罪现象也不断充斥着我们的视野。针对外来人口犯罪的特殊性,本文试图跳出对外来人口犯罪与罪犯主体研究的视角,从外来人口罪犯犯罪的人格环境形成这一社会学角度来分析。为分析的针对性,本文选取广东省为例,在简要分析广东省外来人口犯罪现状的基础上,重笔在社会学的视野下分析了外来人口犯罪的原因,并针对原因提出了几点治理思路,以期抛砖引玉。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerated process of urbanization,large numbers of people flow into the city.At the same time making a substantial contribution to urban construction,their increasingly serious crime phenomenon also is full of our visual field continuously.Aim at the special of the crime of non- citizen of city.This paper attempts to force out the Research of crime and Offenders of Non- citizen of city。Analyzes from the Formation of Personality environment of non- citizen of city.In order to the Targeting of analysis.This paper take Guangdong Province for example,in the basis of analyzing the Present condition of crime of Non- citizen of city.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of crime of non- citizen of city,and puts forward some managing ideas.Expecting through throwing the brick to lead the jade更多还原
