【Abstract】 The socialization of penalty execution has focused on the social factor during the process of penalty execution.It helps the criminals return to the society and build a normal brief and personality accord with the society for them.The traditional way of penalty execution by jail has many obstacles to help the criminals return to the society and it has little effect on the changing criminals’ personality.This passage tries to build the socialization way of penalty execution suitable for our country by considering the realization of penalty execution.更多还原
