【Abstract】 The subject,object and the content of the market-regulated law relationship are very important basal issues which are related to the market-regulated law.This article gets reference to study way that law is the object of research from law positivism and attempts to character the three factors which are mentioned above objectively,in order to give a clear idea about that what the market-regulated law is.it will guide the law-making better,and ensure a regulative,orderly good market.更多还原
