基于LABVIEW的回转体跳动加工精度自动检测仪
On Automatic Measurement Instrument of Indicator Motion Precision for Round Shape Parts

【摘要】 为了提高回转体质量检验的效率,设计了一个基于LABVIEW的回转体跳动加工精度自动检测仪。检测装置机械部分自行设计,V形块定位,结构简单有效;数据采集部分的测量器具采用电感式传感器,采集硬件部分为NI采集模块,采集程序设计运用LABVIEW。该检测仪运行示值变化小,操作简捷,满足检验站对回转体跳动加工精度的检验要求。
【Abstract】 A measurement instrument of Indicator motion precision for round shaped parts is designed and made,it is fitted to use for shop floor in the factory,especially for test station.The instrument is composed of the following parts,that is,the mechanical device of inspection,the electronic box of analogy testing,the acquisition module,and the microcomputer with LABVIEW tools.In this instrument,the mechanic device is design by own way and techniques,the software is developed by LABVIEW.With a mount of experiments,the instrument run stability and has little indicating variety,its good properties is suitable for testing in the factory and is good at the integration of CAQ.
